Men’s Mount Amateur 2026 — Bring Your A-Game

Think your handicap travels well? There’s only one way to find out.

The Men’s Mount Amateur is back on 10–11 October, bringing 120 players together for 36 holes of competitive golf, good banter and the chance to put your game to the test.

With three handicap divisions, a maximum handicap of 24 and both Gross and Nett prizes up for grabs, there’s plenty to play for. The Tournament Trophy goes to the player with the best Nett score — so it’s not necessarily the lowest handicap who gets to take the glory.

And because golf is better when there’s food involved, we’ve got the weekend well catered for. Players will enjoy free warm-up balls at the Driving Range on both days, a complimentary sausage and chip platter after Saturday’s round and a BBQ before Sunday’s prizegiving. Registered visitors can also enjoy complimentary course access on Friday afternoon from 3:45pm.

Plus, there are four NTPs on the par 3s each day, with $100 prizes up for grabs.
