Bateman wins Latitude 37 Pro am

Harry Bateman was pure class as he scorched around the Mount Maunganui golf course today in 64 strokes. Bateman had nine birdies and a solitary bogey at the par three 14th hole to clinch the Latitude 37 Pro-am and Mondiale Order of Merit for 2017.

The course was presented in outstanding condition and the scores reflected that. Harry Batemans score of 64 was only one stroke ahead of Jared Pender and Pieter Zwart on 65 and Sam An and Victor Janin on 66. There were another six players on 67. Click here for the full list of results.

The Pro-am winners were Upper Crust bakery with a team score of 101 stableford points. Congratulations to JP van der Meys and his team. Their professional was Alex Tait.

The Craigs Investment Partners Hole in One prize on 14 was not struck. Reportedly the closes shot was only 4 inches away.
Thank you to Steven White and his green staff for their outstanding presentation of the course. Also to the organising committee of Jimmy Napier, Michael Williams, Graeme and Mark Bastin for pulling together the day.
